RETURN & EXCHANGE
You have to let us know no later that 10 days after ordering, that you want to return an item. You will then have 10 days to send it back to us. We do not accept items that have been altered, or washed, and without the tag. The return tag must also be attached. Without the return tag we do not accept returns. When we have received the returned items, they will undergone a quality control and decide if the customer should have the full amount back. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent, so we can track it.
