When I order online, how long will it take to receive my order?
All pieces are created by hand at our studio in Bulgaria, then packed. Allow two weeks for delivery of domestic orders, three weeks for international. Orders are shipped to the address you provide us.
AVIEL is not responsible for delays caused by Currier companies, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. I noticed that your headpieces take at least two weeks to arrive, what can I do?
If you urgently need a headpiece please email me to discuss the option of rushing your item. Depending on the item you want, we may be able to satisfy your request. Please expect to pay a rush shipping fee. How is the way to reach you! We are a very small studio and often can’t make it to the phone, if we are tangled up in the feathers. The best way to reach us is always by emailing us email@example.com with as much information as you have. It might take us a day or two to get back to you, so be patient, but trust us, we want you to have your hair headpiece too!
I really like one of your headpieces – can I order one exactly the same?
Each headpiece is hand-made using vintage jewelry, and therefore is unique and one of a kind. Due to the fact that each headpiece is created by hand, you should expect slight variations from the original presented on the website.We will do our best to satisfy you and make as close to the presented one as possible.

We do encourage our clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.

How do I return an item?
We do accept returns as follows: During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. If you do not contact us within 14 days after receiving your item/s/, you lose the right for replacement. Returned products will not be accepted if:- The product have been used and AVIEL sticker-seal is broken or destroyed. You have tried to repair a defective products.The product is not complete and have missing parts.
